- Transaction Size of 1MM to 100MM
- CAP Rate of 5% or higher
- Unlevereged First Year Cash-on-Cash of 5% or higher, with upside potential
- Location in a primary or secondary market
- Stabilized property or one needing moderate renovation or re-positioning
- Will consider completing unfinished construction
